Another poor comp performance...
So today was the first time I competed in around 8 months. And nothing’s changed.
In the gym I’m relaxed, controlling people and rolling the best I ever have. Ive been working on my cardio doing weights anything I can outside of the gym to help with my jiu jitsu.

If what i’m seeing is true, FUEL TV is what you should be watching. This has the potential to be the greatest TUF ever. I’m talking lots of top 5 prospects moving up and down to 185 and 145 that fight anywhere from 135 to 205. Nova Unaio and Team Nog fighters. It’s mind-blowing really.
